Although she can have a very quick temper, Juliet is very sweet and loving. She is extremely passionate, and very quick to help those who need it. Hero
Powers:
Materialization [The ability to create matter from nothing]
Aqua-Manipulation [The ability to manipulate water in all forms]
History:
Juliet first found that she could manipulate water at the age of 13. She had gone to the school bathroom and had found the mirror to be dirty. Thinking about how she'd need a little water to clean it so that she could see herself, she turned and started over to the sink. Only moments later, a thin jet of water sprung from the tap without her touching it. As she looked one way, then the other, she found that the stream of water followed in that direction. Curious, she looked to the spot on the mirror. Instantly, the water floated over to it, hitting the spot and cleaning the mirror. Once it was clean, the stream disappeared. As she left the bathroom, she saw two boys fighting in the hallway near a fountain. She looked at the fountain, and then at the boys. The fountain sprayed both boys, startling them and causing their departure.
Her first encounter with her materialization powers came a few years later, at the age of 17. Juliet had gotten to class, needing to write a test. Once she got the test, she had found that she had forgotten her pencil and pen. As she looked to her teacher for one, Juliet looked back on her desk, only to find a pencil and pen sitting neatly in the corner. She looked around, knowing there was no way anyone could have placed them there without her knowing it. She thought for a moment, and decided she needed an eraser. Moments later, one appeared out of thin air on her desk.
Since then, Juliet has been working hard to master her powers. She has come to find that she cannot only control the liquid form of water, but the solid forms as well, as well as water vapour. Her materialization abilities have also become more advanced, and she has come to learn how to create both complex and simple items.
Rp Example:
The clouds that hung low in the sky threatened to fall down on the earth below as Juliet Delia made her way across the grounds of Hogwarts Galaxia. Still, the threat didn't stop her; it never had before anyways. She flipped through the letters that she had to send off as she walked, side-stepping obstacles and other students gracefully, never batting an eyelash. She hadn't sent a letter to any of her family or her friends outside of Galaxia, and Juliet simply could not have them think that she was dead. Into mischief, yes, but not dead. Yet.
The sound of her heels clicking on stone indicated to her that she was now on the right path to get to the Owlery. She looked up, and began climbing the stairs. Then another set. And another. And another. Finally, Juliet found herself at the top of the steps to the Owlery. She let out a sigh of relief as she paused, placing her hand on the outer wall for a moment to catch her breath before she went inside. She might have been in pretty good shape, all things considered, but those stairs were just murderous to climb.
Juliet pushed her dark locks back and out of her face as she walked into the Owlery. She clicked her tongue a few times before a fluttering of wings and a soft cooing alerted her of her owl's presence. She gave her own a quick scratch behind the neck before tying the letters to her owl's leg. "Bring them to mum, Auntie D, Sasha, and Tian, alright?" As Juliet's owl made to take flight, Juliet heard a familiar voice cursing at an owl. She turned, and just had to grin at the sight that was before her.
Deacon Frost, an old friend of hers, was now quite full of feathers, after presumably being attacked by his owl. She laughed, the sound resonating slightly in the room. Juliet walked towards him, shaking her head with a grin on her face. Reaching a hand out, she deftly picked out a few feathers which were caught in his hair, flicking them in the other direction. "Morning Frost," she said, the smile still upon her lips. "Having a little trouble with your bird today?"
